What does Haus membership include?

Does the membership begin on the first day of the month?

The membership begins the day you sign up and is billed on the first day of each month.

How flexible is your membership?

Our membership is month-to-month commitment, so you have flexibility to make changes to your membership.

Can I stop in for a tour or I need to make an appointment?

Feel free to pop in to any Haus location for a free tour. And don't forget that we offer one day trial for free.

Am I allowed to bring pet to the space?

Since we are using restaurants space, it is not allowed to bring any pet to the workspaces.

How many seats are there in each space?

Each space is different, therefore numbers vary for each location.

Do I need to reserve the seat for me?

Currently, you don't need to reserve the seat. However, as the network will grow, we will include additional functionality of reserving seats, so that our members always have available seat in their preferred location.

How do I pay the my membership fees?

The invoice will be sent to your nominated email address every month 

1) Hot desk (pre-paid)

  • First payment:

    If the contract starts on or before the 15th of the month, you would be required to pay till the end of the month. Fees are pro-rated on a daily basis.

    If the contract starts after the 15th of the month, you would be required to pay for the remaining of the month plus next month’s payment.

  • Renewals: monthly:

    Fees for the following month should be paid between the 1st and the 15th

How can I pay for the membership?

You can pay with your credit card either online or in the venue. The link will be provided in the invoice via email.

Are there any additional fees I need to know about?

Our pricing is very transparent, so you don't pay any additional fees. No joining fees, no cancellation fees, no "oh we forgot that you need to pay this" fees.

How can I view my invoices?

Links for your invoices will be sent to the email provided. Alternatively, you can always view your invoices in the member portal.



What kind of memberships do you offer?

We offer monthly and daily membership.

Monthly membership

You receive monthly access to all Haus locations. You can come to any workspace and use any available seat. You will be automatically billed same day of each month.

Daily membership

You can work in one of our locations for one day as well. Just come to any space and use any available seat (subject to availability).

Team membership

If you join Haus as a team, you can receive discount for your whole team. Discount depends on the number of members joining as a part of your team.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours vary for each location. However, it is usually from 9am to 5pm. You can check the opening hours on each locations webpage.

Do you have any printing facilities?

We don't have any printing facility at the moment.

Can I bring guests?

Yes you can bring guests. The first 10 hours will be free, each additional hour will be charged at £3 per hour and the maximum will be capped at £15 which is the price of our daily membership. 

When can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel the membership up to 2 weeks before the renewal date. Please note that we don't issue prorated refunds.

Does Haus charge late fees?

We would like to receive payments from our members in 10 days from the invoice being sent. However Haus reserves the right to claim statutory interest from the date the bill becomes overdue in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
